Watershed Management Plan: Building upon the watershed assessment, water quality assessment, and monitoring plan completed under the Proposition 13 grant, the Committee developed a management plan for the Lake Almanor Basin. On April 21, 2009, the Plumas County Board of Supervisors unanimously approved the Lake Almanor Watershed Management Plan.

Management Recommendations: Following the completion of a watershed assessment report in early 2007, the Committee began refining recommendations for the Plumas County Board of Supervisors. These recommendations will take into consideration the conclusions from the watershed assessment, lessons learned from public workshops on the Eastern Tehama deer herd, and stakeholder comments and concerns.
